OTOMOTİV ENDÜSTRİSİNDE KULLANILAN SACLARIN ŞEKİLLENEBİLİRLİĞİNE FARKLI YAĞLAYICILARIN ETKİSİ

Özet
Bu çalışmada, endüstriyel bir uygulama olan amortisör tabla komponentinin soğuk şekillendirilmesi esnasında yağlayıcıların malzemenin şekillenmesine olan etkisi deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, Erdemir kalite numarası 6224 olan 2,5 mm kalınlığında sac malzeme, kuru ve farklı yağlayıcılar kullanılarak şekillendirilmesi, şekillendirilen numuneler üzerinden birim şekil değişimleri ve kalınlık dağılımlarının ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan şekillendirme deneyleri sonucunda, en yüksek kap yüksekliğinin 84,29 mm ile Belgin Yağ kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Buna ek olarak, yağlayıcıların kullanılmasıyla majör birim şekil değişimlerinin %20’ye, minör birim şekil değişimlerinin %-30’a kadar arttığı belirlenmiştir. Kalınlık dağılımları incelendiğinde, homojen kalınlık dağılımının ve en düşük incelmenin Belgin Yağ ile elde edildiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak kullanılan farklı yağlayıcı türlerinin, malzemenin şekillenmesine olumlu katkı sağladığı görülmüştür.
In this study, the effect of lubricants on the shaping of the material during the cold forming of the shock absorber table component, which is an industrial application, was experimentally investigated. In the study, 6224 Erdemir sheet material with 2.5 mm thickness was formed using dry and various lubricants. Major and minor strains and thickness distributions were measured on the formed samples. As a result of the forming experiments, the highest cup height of 84.29 mm was obtained by using Belgin Lubricant. In addition, it was determined that the major strains increased up to 20% and the minor strains increased up to -30% with the use of lubricants. When the thickness distributions were examined, it was determined that the homogeneous thickness distribution and the lowest thinning were obtained with Belgin Yag as well. As a result, it was seen that the various types of lubricants used contributed positively to the forming of the material."
