23MnB4 KALİTE ÇELİKLERDE VAKUM DA GAZ GİDERME İŞLEMİNİN NİHAİ ÜRÜN ÖZELLİKLERİNE ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Özet
Bu çalışmada, bağlantı elemanı olarak kullanılan 23MnB kalite kangallarda vakum da gaz giderme işleminin hidrojen ve azot kaynaklı çatlak ve kırılganlığa etkisi araştırılmıştır. Elementel analizle deneysel çalışmada kullanılan kangalların azot-hidrojen değerleri tespit edilmiş ve basma testi yapılarak çatlak olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Vakumlu ve vakumsuz dökümden üretilen kangallara elementel analiz, mikroyapı incelemeleri, çekme, sertlik ve basma testi uygulanarak kendi aralarında kıyaslama yapılmıştır. Yapılan testler neticesinde vakum altında gaz giderme işlemi yapılmış dökümlerden elde edilen kangal numunelerinde azot ve hidrojen değerinin daha düşük olduğu, mikroyapı incelemelerinde kalıntıların vakumsuz dökümden üretilen kangallara göre daha az sayıda ve daha küçük boyutlu olduğu ve basma testleri neticesinde kılcal çatlak oranının büyük oranda azaldığı tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the effect of vacuum degassing on hydrogen and nitrogen-induced cracks and embrittlement was investigated in 23MnB4 steel grade coils used as fasteners element. With the instrumental analysis method, the nitrogen-hydrogen values of the coils used in the experimental study were noted and the compression test was performed to investigate whether there were any cracks in the samples. Vacuum and non-vacuum coils were compared with each other by applying spectrometric analysis, microstructure analysis, tensile test, hardness tests and compression test. As a result of the tests, in the coil samples obtained from the castings that were degassed under vacuum, it was determined that the nitrogen and hydrogen values were lower, in microstructural examinations, it was found that the inclusions are less and smaller than the coils produced from vacuum casting and the capillary crack rate was lower as a result of the compression tests."
