Özet
Bu çalışmada, imal edilen bir klima santralinin bilgisayarla kontrolünün yapılması ve bunun sağlayacağı enerji tasarrufunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Kontrol sisteminde, giriş olarak sıcaklık duyargaları ve damper konumu okuyan düzenek, çıkış olarak ise kademeli ısıtma sistemi ve damper hareket mekanizması bulunmaktadır. Deney düzeneğinde bir dizi deneyler yapılarak sistemin karakteristiği çıkarılmıştır. Çıkarılan karakteristik değerleri kullanılarak ısıtıcıların ve damperlerin kontrolünü sağlayan bilgisayar programı yazılmıştır. Karşılaştırma yapmak amacı ile hem damperler tam açık olarak hem de sıcaklığa bağlı olarak damperlerin kontrolünün sağlandığı deneyler yapılmıştır.
In this study, an air conditioning central is manufactured and cotrolled by a computer and the energy saved by this control is aimed to be determined. Inputs of the control system are the tempurature sensors and a device to read the location of the damper and the outputs of the system are a graded heated system and a damper motion mechanism. First some tests were conduted to determine the characteristics of the experiment mechanism. Using the characteristic values a computer program was written which provided the control of the heaters and the dampers. In order to compare the results, tests were conducted both as the dampers are fully open and as they are controled depending on the temperature.
