Özet
Bu çalışmada, işletmelerde kullanılan iyileştirici sistemlerden 5S sistematiğinin Kardemir A.Ş. nakliyat bakım onarım atölyelerinde uygulanması incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde; iyileştirici sistemlere olan gereksinimin nedenlerinden ve iyileştirici sistemlerin nasıl olması gerektiğinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; farklı iyileştirici sistemlerden bahsedilmiş ve 5S'in bu sistemler arasındaki yeri anlatılmış, 5S sistematiği kavramı ve 5S sistematiğini oluşturan adımlar yöntemleriyle birlikte detaylandırılarak açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde; literatürdeki benzer 5S çalışmaları ortaya konulmuş ve literatürdeki çalışmalarda elde edilen kazanımlar özetlenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde; 5S sistematiğinin Kardemir A.Ş. genelinde uygulanan kavram, yöntem ve standartlarından bahsedilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde; Kardemir A.Ş. Nakliyat Bakım Onarım Atölyesi ortamında 5S sistematiğinin uygulanması, 5S akış şeması temel yöntem olarak alınarak her adımda yapılan faaliyetler örnek fotoğraflarla açıklanmıştır. Sonuçlar kısmında tüm uygulama adımlarında yapılan değişiklik ve iyileştirmeler irdelenerek elde edilen kazanımlar sunulmuştur. Son olarak ekler kısmında her atölye birimi için 5S öncesi ve sonrası fotoğrafları gösterilerek farklılıklar ve kazanımlar ortaya konulmuştur.
In this study, the use of 5S systematic, a reformative sytem that are used in various firms, in Kardemir A.S. transportation maintenance and repair studios was investigated. In the first part, the reasons of the need for repair systems and how the repair systems ought to be were mentioned. In the second part, the different repair systems and the significance of 5S system among these systems were described and the term of 5S systematic with the steps that fulfill 5S were explained in detail with its methods. In the third part, similar 5S studies that are in the literature were put forth and the acquisitions that had been gained by these studies were summarized. In the fourth part, the terms, methods and standards of 5S systematic that is used throughout Kardemir A.S. were mentioned. In the fifth part, the application of the 5S systematic in Kardemir A.S. transportation maintenance and repair studios environment, 5S flow chart is taken as the basic method and the activities performed at each step are explained with sample figures. In the result part, changes and deformations that had been made in each application step were investigated and the acquisitions were presented. Finally, in the appendix, the differences and acquisitions were displayed with the figures that show the studio units before and after applications of 5S systematics in Kardemir A.S. transportation maintenance and repair studios.
