Adopting a qualitative research design, data for this study were collected through face-to-face surveys using a convenience sampling method from travel agency employees in Istanbul from January to April 2023. The analysis of the obtained data reveals a positive impact of job motivation on organizational commitment. This study provides a valuable contribution to understanding the relationship between job motivation and organizational commitment, as well as enhancing the performance of agency employees.
