The roadmap for such a management system is established and it is shown that the decision making should consider producing more using less and nonhazardous. This approach recognizes the already existing activities while investigating alternative waste management solutions. The methodology consists of data collection, operational analyses of the processes, identification of wastes and evaluation of waste reduction alternatives proposed both technically and economically.
