We consider the thickness of graphene and substrate material layer in calculation of the Coulomb potential and estimate critical temperature T-c. We also analyze the influence of electron density on the electron-phonon interaction and Coulomb pseudopotential in graphene. Furthermore, we estimate the factor of isotopic shifting in graphene monolayer on substrate.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessGrapheneDirac spectrumCritical temperaturee-ph couplingCoulomb repulsionBCS Superconductivity of Dirac Electrons in Graphene MonolayerArticle10.1007/s10948-018-4901-72-s2.0-8505572392018747Q3187132WOS:000475954400004Q4
