The titanium ratio in the alloys was adjusted using AlTi master alloy in the melting method, and all the alloys produced were subjected to T6 aging heat treatment and some samples were cold rolled at a rate of 6%. The investigation of the immersion and potentiodynamic corrosion behavior of the alloys was conducted in 3.5% by weight of NaCl solution. The corrosion resistance of the alloys studied here is improved by both applied cold rolling and Ti addition. On the other hand, in alloys without Ti addition, the rolling process, which increased the precipitate formation, decreased the corrosion resistance.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAA7075Titanium additionCorrosion behaviorCold rollingT6 heat treatmentEffect of the Ti addition on the corrosion behavior of newly developed AA7075-Ti alloysArticle10.1016/j.jallcom.2023.1723492-s2.0-85173483858Q1969WOS:001088732200001Q1
