Especially in the electronics sector, which has a dynamic rate of change, technological support of service activities and big data have shown to enhance operational and tactical decision-making processes. In this way, efficiency can be increased by making faster and more accurate decisions in the organization. In this study, the researches covered technical service for the TV repairs in the electronics sector of Turkey by analyzing incoming data to create models and data mining techniques. This work is the only study in the literature aimed at contributing to operational processes by evaluating the only type of product in the electronic repair service sector using data mining methods relative to the type of repair.
