For this purpose, ten randomly selected principals from these schools were interviewed during the fall semester of 2010. The results showed that (a) the motivation of students and teachers, (b) support on more musical and art activities, and (c) creating a democratic environment for both students and teachers by the principals of these institutions were vital for the success.
