dc.description.abstractVibration is an important parameter affecting performance in vehicles. Enginevibrations and vibrations coming from the road are the most important sources ofvibration in vehicles. If the vibration is not damped, it will cause noise, fuel consumption and damage to the vehicles and it is transmitted to the passenger cabin,thus negatively affecting both the comfort of the driving and the health of thepeople in the vehicles. In the vehicles, engine mounts are used to damp vibrationproduced by the engine. However, in the recent years, there have been trends inthe automotive industry to mitigate vehicles and reduce costs, while reducingemissions values and producing more powerful engines. Vehicles mitigatingcauses more vibration on the vehicle. Therefore improvement of existing systemsis a necessity. In this study, in order to reduce the vibration caused by the engine,an engine mount system was created and vibration analysis of the engine mountsystem as made.en_US
