dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the moderating role of employees' belief in a just world on the relationship between workplace bullying and physical illness. A total of 296 males employed in Kardemir factory in Karabin- Turkey participated in the study. Data was collected by conducting the Belief in a Just World Scale, Negative Acts Questionnaire and Physical Illness Symptom Checklist. The results showed that belief in a just world had a moderator role in the relationship between mobbing and physical illness symptoms.en_US
