Özet
The aim of this study is to to evaluate the psychometric properties of the 30-item COVID-19 Household Environment Scale developed by Behar-Zusman et al., (2020) and the Turkish language validity was done by ozturk et al. (2020). The research is within the scope of methodological studies. Within the scope of the study, validity and reliability analyzes were carried out. 322 people were contacted for Confirmatory Factor Analysis and 90 for similar scales validity. Reliability analyzes were performed on data obtained from 322 individuals. The original 30-item structure with 2 sub-dimensions introduced by Behar-Zusman et al. (2020) has been preserved. However, since the 12th item belonging to the Unity/Together sub-dimension did not meet the relevant criteria, it was excluded from the scale items. As a result of the study, the 5-point Likert-type COVID-19 Household Environment Scale, which consists of 29 items and two sub -dimensions named Conflict and Unity/Together, was validated on the sample drawn from the general population. It was concluded that the scale had a clean and good factor structure, and its construct validity and internal consistency were high..
