Ototoxic side effects of many antineoplastic agentsand antibiotics have been reported, but there is notenough evidence about isoniaside. İsoniaside’s ototoxicside effect is mostly associated with end stage renalfailure. There is no much way except to cessation ofototoxic drug when ototoxic effects are seen. Cochlearimplantation is an important salvage option in bilateralsensorineural hearing loss. We are reporting a patientwho was developed sensorineural hearing loss andbilateral visual loss during anti-tuberculosis treatment. The last chance for communication was cochlearimplantation and it was performed with a successfuloutcome.en_US
