dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the studies conducted in five popular education journals and in Council of Higher Education Thesis Center in a holistic point of view, to determine there search tendency in language teaching and to detect the differences and similarities of language teaching studies. In this study, descriptive content analysis and categorical analysis techniques were used. The universe of the current study was consist of studies indexed in Council of Higher Education Thesis Center, five popular education journals. The sample of this study determined using the sampling method, consisted of 117 studies. The findings of the research were presented in tables. The results of the current study were discussed in line with the related literature and some suggestions were presented.en_US
