Keloids are benign proliferative lesions caused byabnormal healing. Treatment of keloids is verydifficult due to high recurrence rates. In keloids, thereare many treatment modalities that can vary accordingto lesion size, localization, and previous interventions.A 17-year-old female patient presented with aposterior ear keloid that developed after pearcing intoher ear. The shaving excision was treated with a triplecombination consisting of single session intralesionalsteroid injection and daily topical imiquimodapplication for six weeks.
