| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma? Filistin'deki finans kurumlarının durumu; yönetişimi finans kurumlarının Filistin ekonomisindeki bankacılık ve bankacılık dışı yönünden incelemektedir. Filistin Para Otoritesine bankacılık finans kurumları; yani bankalar? borç veren kurumlar ve saf kasiyer mesleği; Filistin Sermaye Piyasası Otoritesine bankacılık dışı finans kuruluşlarının da anası olan Filistin Borsası? sigorta sektörü? finansal kiralama sektörü ve ipotek sektörü dahildir. Bu araştırma aynı zamanda yönetimle ilgili kavramları? kurallarının doğasını; içerikleri ve Filistin finans kurumlarındaki uygulamalarının gerçekliğini ele almaktadır. Yönetişim konusu çok önemli bir konu olduğu için yönetim sistemi ve işleyişinin geliştirilmesi ve düzenlenmesi adına birçok seminer verilmekte; bilimsel ve profesyonel organizasyonlar yapılmaktadır. Kurumların yönetimle ilgili karşılaştığı sorunlar şu şekilde açıklanabilir: Kurumsal yönetim ilkelerinin düzenlenmesini ve uluslararası kabul görmüş finans kuruluşlarını ihmal etmek ayracı? anonim şirket ve kurumlarda kurumsal yönetim uygulamalarının takip edilememesi. Araştırmacı bu tezde konulu araştırma metodunu uygulamıştır. Amacına ulaşmak için? birçok kitap? makale incelemiş ve bilimsel veri tabanlarından istifade etmiştir. Filistin'deki finans kurumlarının yönetişim kurallarına ilişkin ilkelerinin açıklığa kavuşturulması için Filistin'deki uygulama kapsamının netleştirilmesi adına veriler tartışılmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmacı Filistin'deki finansal kurumların yönetişim kurallarının tam istikrarından sonra birçok önemli sonucu ortaya çıkarmış ve bunlara bir dizi tavsiyelerde bulunmuş? bunların yönetim kurallarının uygulanmasını geliştireceğine ve artıracağına işaret ederek onların çöküşten ve iflastan konuyacağını belirtmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research deals with the study of the status and governance of financial institutions in Palestine which shows the extent of the importance of financial institutions in the Palestinian economy? both in banking and non-banking aspects. The financial institutions are subject to the supervision of the Palestinian Monetary Authority? namely banks? lending institutions and the profession of pure cashiers. Besides the mother of the non- financial institutions are subject to the supervision of the Palestinian Capital Market Authority? which are the Palestine Exchange? the insurance sector? the financial leasing sector? and the mortgage sector. This research also deals with the governance of these institutions in terms of their concept? the nature of their rules? their content? and the reality of their application in Palestinian financial institutions. The issue of governance is a very important topic which has received great attention from scientific and professional organizations and councils? where there have been many seminars for the development and regulation of the system of governance and its treatment in order to preserve the institutions and joint stock companies. Mechanisms have been put in place in order to address the problems facing governance can be explained as follows: Neglecting the regulation of corporate governance principles and internationally recognized financial institutions and there is a failure to follow up the implementation of corporate governance in joint stock companies and institutions. The researcher used conceptival research method to achieve its objectives. For this porpose the researcher studied many books? articles? searched on data bases in order to obtain relevant information. It is based on to clarify the principles of ahkam related to the rules of governance of financial institutions in Palestine by discussing and analyzing them to clarify the extent of their application in Palestine. The researcher came out with an important result that is complete instability of the rules of governance of financial institutions in Palestine. The implenention of the rules of governance will enhance and increase financial institutions? which protect it from collapse and bankruptcy." | en_US] |
