dc.description.abstract | A green, economical, highly efficient and easy method for the synthesis of AgNPs using dried black mulberry (Morus nigra L.) fruit extract was reported. Their formations were confirmed by both its brown color and the plasmon resonance band. The TEM analysis showed that they were in spherical shape with an average size of 6 +/- 1 nm. In addition, they have exhibited excellent antibacterial activities against eleven different pathogenic bacteria. Finally, they have showed advanced catalytic activity against to methyl orange (MO), cresol red (CR) and methylene blue (MB) dyes both in unary and ternary mixture of dyes. In addition, the degradation of ternary dye mixture using the synthesized AgNPs was also tested using wastewater as the real sample. | en_US |
