dc.description.abstractGünümüz koşullarında gelişmekte olan ülkelerin tamamının temel sorunu, sahip oldukları mevcutta bulunan kaynaklarıyla kalkınma hamlelerini yapamamaktadır. Bu sebeple, bölgeler arasında ki dengesizlik sorunu yoğun olarak yaşanmaktadır. Bu sorun çoğu ülkelerde olduğu gibi ülkemizde de turizm sayesinde giderilmesi mümkündür. Turizm sektöründe ise konaklama ihtiyacını karşılamak için farklı türde birçok işletme faaliyette bulunmaktadır. Farklı bir niteliğe sahip butik otel işletmeleri, kişiye özel kaliteli hizmet sunarak turizm sektöründe farklı değer yaratma çabasında önemli bir işleve sahiptir. Bu bağlamda, araştırmanın temel amacı, Safranbolu' da faaliyet gösteren butik otel yöneticilerinin, kongre turizminin ekonomik kalkınmaya olan etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaca bağlı olarak, Safranbolu' da faaliyet gösteren butik otel işletme yöneticilerine ulaşılıp konu ile ilgili görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Yapılan bu çalışmada anket tekniği ile toplam 81 butik otel işletme yöneticisinden veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler "SPSS 20 for Windows" paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca Safranbolu Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren Butik otellerde çalışan yöneticilerin, kongre turizminin ekonomik kalkınmaya olan etkisine ilişkin düşünceleri demografik ve işletme bilgilerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ortaya koymaktır. Elde edilen veriler üzerinden yapılan analizler sonucunda, kongre turizmi ile butik otellerin iktisadi kalkınma arasında çeşitli düzeylerde ilişki ve etkilerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. dc.description.abstractThe main problem of developing countries in today's conditions is that they can't make development actions with the resources that they possess. Due to this reason, the problem of instability among the regions is very intense. It is possible that this problem can be solved in many countries and our country through tourism. There are many different types of facilities in operation to meet the accommodation needs of the tourism sector. Boutique hotels which carry different features offers tailor made quality service and holds a very important place in creating value for the tourism sector. In this context, the main purpose of the reseach is to set forth the impact of the problems of boutique hotels and their subdimension to congress tourism and along with this to exhibit the effects of congress tourism to economic development to managers of boutique hotels of Safranbolu. Connected to this purpose, the managers of boutique hotel facilities locate in Safranbolu were contacted to obtain their opinions regarding the subject. Data was obtained from 81 different boutique hotels managers with the survey technique. The data collected was analyzed with the package program "SPSS 20 for Windows". It also outlines the opinion of the managers working in boutique hotels in the Safranbolu Region regarding the effect of congress tourism on economic development and their opinions about the problems and their subdimensions experienced in boutique hotels and the effect on the economic development of congress tourism and it outlines according to management information and demographics if it shows differences. The analysis done in result of the data collected, has determined that the economic development of congress tourism and boutique hotels have relations and effects.
