Özet
I. Dünya Savaşının ardından Mondros Mütarekesi sonrasında kurulan Nigehbân Cemiyet-i Askeriyesi birçok eserde geçmesine rağmen, bu çalışmada cemiyetin oluşum gerekçelerinin anlaşılması, gerçekleştirdiği faaliyetlerinin toplu bir bakış açısıyla analiz edilmesi ve milli mücadeleye yönelik pozisyonunun anlaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada sistematik inceleme metoduyla literatürdeki ilgili eserler, hatıratlar, gazeteler, dergiler ve konuyla ilgili çeşitli belgeler derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Çalışmada ele alınan hususlar her bir döneme uygun şekilde, konularına göre gruplama yapılarak gerçekleştirilmiş ve incelenmiştir. İlk bölümde; I. Dünya Savaşı ve Mondros Mütarekesi sonrası bilinen temel olaylar, İkinci bölümde; Mütareke döneminde kurulan cemiyetler, Üçüncü bölümde ise Nigehbân Cemiyet-i Askeriyesi ve cemiyete yönelik bilgiler incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, Nigehbân Cemiyet-i Askeriyesi’nin kuruluş aşaması, İstanbul’daki faaliyetleri, Anadolu’da Millî Mücadele karşıtı tutumları ve Nigehbân Cemiyet-i Askeriyesi’nin diğer zararlı cemiyetlerle olan ilişkileri ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca Cemiyetin devamı niteliğinde faaliyet gösteren Kızıl Hançerciler Örgütü ve gerçekleştirdiği eylemler de bir araya getirilerek yorumlanmış ve değerlendirilmiştir.
After the First World War, the Nigehbân Cemiyet-i Askeriyesi, established following the signing of the Armistice of Mudros, has been referenced in numerous works, with the aim of understanding the reasons for its formation, analyzing its activities from a comprehensive perspective, and grasping its position regarding the national struggle. Through a systematic examination method, relevant works in the literature, memoirs, newspapers, magazines, and other historical documents have been thoroughly reviewed. Reporting has been carried out by grouping the topics according to each period. The first section covers the basic events known after Mudros; the second section discusses the societies established during the Armistice period; and the third section examines and reports information on the Nigehbân Cemiyet-i Askeriyesi and its related aspects. Within this scope, the establishment phase of the Nigehbân Cemiyet-i Askeriyesi, its activities in Istanbul, its anti-National Struggle attitudes in Anatolia, and its relationships with other detrimental societies have been presented. The activities of the Red Dagger Society, which operated as a continuation of the society, along with its actions, have been compiled, interpreted, and evaluated.
