| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışmasında Türkiye‘de çok partili siyasal hayatın başlamasında tarihi bir önemi olan DP’nin 1950-1960 arasında Kastamonu’yu TBMM’de temsil eden IX, X ve XI. dönem milletvekillerinin mecliste yapmış oldukları siyasi faaliyetler incelenmiştir. Tez çalışması 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde DP’nin kuruluş süreci, partinin Kastamonu’da teşkilatlanması ve muhalefet döneminde Kastamonu’da verdiği siyasi mücadeleler anlatılmıştır. II. bölümde DP’nin 1950 genel seçimleri sonucunda CHP’nin tek parti iktidarına son vererek iktidara gelmesi, kurulan ilk Menderes hükümetleri, Kastamonu’da yaşanan ara seçim ve yerel seçim sonuçları, X. Dönem DP Kastamonu milletvekillerinin meclis faaliyetlerine değinilmiştir. III. bölümde DP iktidarının ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasal dalgalanmalara rağmen muhalefet ile girdiği seçim yarışını kazanıp yeniden iktidara gelmesi, Kastamonu’da yapılan yerel seçimlerde alınan sonuçlara ve X. DP Dönem Kastamonu milletvekillerinin ülkenin ve Kastamonu çıkarları doğrultusunda yürüttüğü meclis çalışmalarına yer verilmiştir. IV. bölümde XI. Dönem DP Kastamonu milletvekillerinin meclis çalışmalarından DP’nin son iktidar döneminde yaşadığı ekonomik sıkıntılardan, muhalefet ile iktidar arasında yaşanan gerilim ve cepheleşmelerden, DP’nin yıkılışına sebep olan olaylardan ve 27 Mayıs ihtilali sonucu Kastamonu’da yaşanan gelişmelerden bahsedilmiştir. Tez çalışmasının son bölümünde ayrıca DP hükümetinin Kastamonu’da yapmış olduğu hizmetlerden, söz edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, The political activities were examined of IX, X and XI period MPs from Kastamonu in the parliament of the Turkish Grand National Assembly who won right to represent In the general elections held between 1950-1960, from the Democratic Party, which had a historical significance at the beginning of multi-party democratic and political life in Turkey. The thesis consists of 4 parts. In the first part, the process of establishment of the Democratic Party, the organization of the party in Kastamonu and political struggles are explained during the opposition in Kastamonu. In the second part, DP’s coming to power by ending CHP’s one-party rule As a result of the 1950 general elections, first government that constituted by Menderes, by-election and local election results in Kastamonu, X. Period DP Kastamonu MPs parliamentary activities were mentioned. In the third part, Democrat party winning the election against the opposition party and coming back to power despite economic, social and political fluctuations. The results of the local elections held in Kastamonu and the parliamentary works carried out by the X. Period DP MPs of Kastamonu in line with interests of the country and Kastamonu. In the fourth part, XI. Period Kastamonu MPs parliamentary works, economic difficulties experienced by DP in the last period of power, the tension and confrontations between the opposition and the government. The events that caused the collapse of the DP and the developments in Kastamonu as a result of the May 27 revolution were mentioned.
