In this study, the association between father-child interaction and father's degrees of burnout among those with children ages 1-3 was investigated. Relational screening approach was employed in the study for this reason. 92 volunteer fathers with children who were developing normally were included in the study group between 2022 and 2023. The data collection phase of the research was carried out in the Baby Library Section of the Karabuk Zubeyde Hanım Provincial Public Library. By calling them in advance, participants were informed that they were invited to the study. As a measurement technique in the study, the Parental Burnout Assessment, as modified by Bayoğlu et al. (2013) and Arıkan et al. (2020), was employed. In order to establish demographic factors, a personal information form was also used. A video clip is used to score the PICCOLO interaction observation form. In order to assess the researcher's dependability, two evaluators coded 13% of the films. The data were examined using the SPSS program once it was determined that there was a strong correlation between the planners and that the scales' Cronbach Alpha coefficients were adequate. According to the research, there is a connection between the PICCOLO sub-factors and the sub-factors that affect a father's level of burnout. It was discovered that factors influencing the quality of fathers' interactions with their children included demographic characteristics like the child's gender, age, and number of siblings, as well as the fathers' educational attainment, parents' age, occupational class, and status as shift workers. The degree of education of their spouses, their perceived income position, and whether they work in shifts have all been found to influence the burnout status of fathers."
