Özet
In this work, we use the standard Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer (BCS) model for Dirac superconductors. We consider the thickness of graphene and substrate material layer in calculation of the Coulomb potential and estimate critical temperature T-c. We also analyze the influence of electron density on the electron-phonon interaction and Coulomb pseudopotential in graphene. Furthermore, we estimate the factor of isotopic shifting in graphene monolayer on substrate.
