Stratejik İnovasyon ve İnovasyon Stratejileri Yönetiminin Haddehaneler Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Araştırılması: Karabük Üzerine Bir Çalışma

Özet
Bu araştırma; kitaplar, tezler, akademik makaleler, ve internet sayfalarından faydalanılarak hazırlanmış olup, beş farklı sektörden seçilmiş firmalar ile gerçekleştirilen röportajlarla tamamlanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, firmaların yeniliğe ne kadar hakim olduklarını araştırmak, stratejik inovasyonun firmaların başarısı üzerindeki etkisini gözlemlemek ve örgüt kültürlerinin inovasyona yatkınlığı ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada inovasyon kavramı, inovasyonun türleri, inovasyon kaynakları ve inovasyon kültürü detaylı şekilde incelenmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra strateji kavramı ve stratejik planlama kavramı da detaylandırılarak stratejik inovasyonun kökenine inilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ardından stratejik inovasyonun, adımları ve boyutları detaylı şekilde aktarılarak, inovasyonun türlerinden de bahsedilmiştir. Araştırmanın metodolojisi, beş farklı sektörden (Yazılım, demir-çelik, enerji, finans ve Ar-ge) beş farklı firma ile gerçekleştirilen röportajların soru bazında tek tek incelenip bileştirilmesiyle oluşturulmuştur. Görüşmelerde, firmaların stratejik inovasyona bakış açılarının ortak yönleriyle beraber, az da olsa farklı yönleri olduğu da keşfedilmiştir. Genel mana da firmaların yeniliğe karşı tutumları ve yeniliğe giden süreçteki kurum içi kültürlerinin benzer olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. İşletmelerin, yenilik sonrası süreçte de olumlu anlamda; pazar paylarında değişim, müşteri çeşitliliğindeki gelişim ve çalışanların işe olan bakışlarındaki değişim gibi kazanımların olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Teknolojinin sürekli geliştiği günümüz dünyasında, ayakta kalabilmek özellikle de sürdürülebilir bir büyüme yakalayabilmek için değişime ayak uydurmak zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Organizasyonların bu değişime ayak uydurabilmelerinin yegane yolu ise kendilerini değiştirmek yenilemek ve güncellemekten geçmektedir. Bu nedendir ki çağımızda var olmanın en büyük ve kabul gören formülü inovasyon gerçekleştirmektir.
This research; it was prepared using books, theses, academic articles, internet pages and was completed with interviews by reading with messages from five different companies. The aim of the study is to investigate how companies dominate innovation, to observe the impact of strategic innovation on the success of companies, and to measure the susceptibility of organizational cultures to innovation. In the study, the concept of innovation, types of innovation, innovation sources and innovation culture were examined in detail. In addition, the concept of strategy and the concept of strategic planning has been elaborated and the roots of strategic innovation have been tried to be analyzed. Then, the steps and dimensions of strategic innovation were explained in detail and the types of innovation were also mentioned. The methodology of the research was created by examining and combining interviews with five different companies from five different sectors (software, iron and steal, energy, finance and R&D) individually on the basis of questions. In the interviews, it was discovered that the companies perspective on strategic innovation has different aspects, albeit slightly, as well as common aspects. In general, it has been observed that the attitudes of the companies towards innovation and their internal culture in the process leading to innovation are similar. In the post-innovation process, businesses also positively; it has been observed that there are gains such as changes in market shares, improvement in customer diversity and change in employees attitude towards the job. In today’s world where technology is constantly developing, it has become a necessity to keep up with change in order to survive, especially to achieve a sustainable growth. The only way organizations can keep up with this change is through changing themselves, renewing and updating. For this reason, the biggest and most accepted formula of existence in our age is to realize innovation."
