KAYSERİ GMK GÜNEŞ ENERJİ SANTRALİNİN PROJELENDİRİLMESİ VE UYGULANAN İŞLETME VE BAKIM METOTLARINA GÖRE PERFORMANS ANALİZİ

Özet
Kayseri GMK güneş enerji santralinin projelendirilmesi ve performans analizinin incelenmesi amacıyla hazırlanan bu çalışmada, 2011 yılında yayınlanan, Elektrik Piyasasında Lisanssız Elektrik Üretimine İlişkin Yönetmelik kapsamında 2017 Şubat ayında kurulumu tamamlanan Kayseri ili İncesu ilçesi Beşağıl mevkiinde 209 Ada, 388 parsel üzerine uygulanmış olan 1166,88 kWp/1000 kW güç kapasitesine sahip GMK güneş enerji santrali teknik yönden incelenmiştir. Fotovoltaik sistem tasarlanırken güneş paneli ve inverter uyumluluk hesabının, DC ve AC kablo kesit hesabının, şalt ekipman hesabının ve trafo gücü hesabının nasıl yapıldığı ve hangi noktaların dikkate alındığı irdelenmiştir. Bir güneş enerji santraline ait sistem performans oranının nasıl hesaplanacağı açıklanmıştır. Kurulumu tamamlanan mevcut santralin ise hem sahada gerçekleşen hem de simülasyon tarafındaki 5 yıllık ışınım ve üretim verileri elde edilmiş olup bu verilere göre sistem performans oranları hesaplanarak sahada gerçekleşen değerlerin simülasyon değerlerini tutup tutmadığı incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemelerde 5 yıllık periyot boyunca sahada gerçekleşen yıl sonu SPO oranlarının simülasyon yıl sonu SPO oranlarının üstünde sonuçlandığı görülmüştür. Fotovoltaik sistemin 5 yıllık performans analizinde uygulanan işletme ve bakım metodları açıklanmıştır. İzleme sistemleri ile birlikte saha bakım uygulamalarının sistem performansı üzerinde etkisi incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemede düzenli uygulanan işletme ve bakım metotlarının sistem performansının iyileştirilmesi adına kaçınılmaz bir süreç olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
In this study, GMK solar power plant which is located in Kayseri province of Turkey and was commissioned in February 2017 with the capacity of 1166,88 kWp/1000 kWe was evaluated within the the scope of “The Legislation Regarding to Unlicensed Electricity Production on Electricity Market” published in 2011 has been technically investigated. While designing the photovoltaic system, how solar panel and inverter compatibility, DC and AC cable cross-section, switchgear equipment and transformer power are calculated and which points are taken into consideration has been examined. It is explained how to calculate the system performance ratio of a solar power plant. The radiation and production data of the existing power plant of which the installation has been completed have been obtained for 5 years both on the field and on the simulation. System performance ratios were calculated according to these data, and it was examined whether the values obtained from the field matched the simulation values. In the examinations made during the 5-year period, it was observed that the year-end SPO rates obtained from the field resulted in higher than the simulation year-end SPO rates. The operation and maintenance methods applied in the 5-year performance analysis of the photovoltaic system are explained. The effect of field maintenance practices together with monitoring systems on system performance has been examined. In the examination, it has been revealed that regularly applied operation and maintenance methods are an inevitable process in order to increase the system performance."
