Çözüm Odaklı Yaklaşıma Dayalı Psikoeğitimin hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin gelecek kaygısı üzerine etkisini değerlendirmeyi amaçlayan çalışma tek grup ön test-son test yarı deneysel desendedir. Çalışmanın evrenini 2022-2023 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı’nda Karabük Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi hemşirelik bölümünde öğrenim gören dördüncü sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Çalışma, araştırmaya dahil edilen 20 öğrenci ile tamamlanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak ‘Kişisel Bilgi Formu’ ve ‘Üniversite Öğrencilerinde Gelecek Kaygısı Ölçeği’ kullanılmıştır. Örneklem grubuna psikoeğitim öncesi ön test ve psikoeğitim sonrası son test olarak ‘Üniversite Öğrencilerinde Gelecek Kaygısı Ölçeği’ uygulanmıştır. Üniversite Öğrencilerinin son test Gelecek Kaygısı Ölçeği puan ortalaması, Gelecek Korkusu ve Gelecekten Umutsuzluk alt boyut puan ortalamalarının ön test puan ortalamalarına göre anlamlı derecede düşük olduğu ve oluşan farkın yüksek etki düzeyine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,001). Sonuç olarak, çözüm odaklı kısa süreli yaklaşıma dayalı psikoeğitimin hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin gelecek kaygısını azaltmada etkili olduğu görülmüştür.
The study, which aims to evaluate the effect of Psychoeducation Based on Solution-Focused Approach on the future anxiety of senior nursing students, has a single group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. The population of the study consisted of fourth-year students studying in the nursing department of Karabük University Faculty of Health Sciences in the 2022-2023 Academic Year. The study was completed with 20 students included in the research. 'Personal Information Form' and 'Future Anxiety Scale for University Students' were used as data collection tools in the research. 'Future Anxiety Scale in University Students' was applied to the sample group as a pre-test before psychoeducation and as a post-test after psychoeducation. It was determined that University Students' post-test Future Anxiety Scale mean scores, Fear of the Future and Despair for the Future subscale scores were significantly lower than the pre-test mean scores and the difference had a high level of impact (p<0.001). As a result, psychoeducation based on a solution-focused short-term approach was found to be effective in reducing the future anxiety of senior nursing students."
