| dc.description.abstract | Genç sapkın davranışları, tüm gelişmiş ve geri kalmış toplulukların hayatını etkileyen en önemli konulardan biridir. Bu nedenle, sosyal araştırmacı, psikolog ve sosyal kurum, gençlerin suça sürüklenmesine nedenleri ve güdüleri bulmaya çalışmaktadır. Üstelik, gençleri önemseyen en gelişmiş toplumların, genci onu kötü davranış veya suç işlemeye teşvik eden tüm güdülerden uzaklaştıracak her türlü rahatlık ile lüksü sağlayan gelişmiş toplumlar ve bu etkiler daha sonra gencin kendisine ve çevredeki topluluğa yansıtıldığını görünmektedir. Toplumların çözüm bulmak ve gençlerin meydana gelen suçlarını azaltmak için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yaptıklarını görmektedir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmaya yön verdim ve iyi davranışa engel olabilecek en önemli ekonomik ve sosyal koşulları belirlemeye yönelik hedefler belirledim Ayrıca çalışma aracılığıyla gencin kişiliğinde aile, arkadaş ve akrabaların önemine ışık tutmaya çalıştım. Çalışmanın önemi, bu yaş grubunun iyi bir toplum oluşturmada en önemli olduğu için geldi. Irak toplumunda hukukun üstünlüğünün zayıflığı ve sapkın davranışların artması nedeniyle sorunun öneminden ve Irak toplumunda artmaktadır. Bu nedenle gençlerin sapkın davranışlarda bulunmasına doğrudan neden olabilecek en önemli ailevi nedenler ve çevresel faktörler tartışılmış, ayrıca gencin işlediği suçların türü ve toplumsal arka planın buna etkisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | The deviant behavior of the juveniles is one of the most important topics that touch the lives of all societies; the advanced and the premitive. Therefore, most of the social researchers, psychologists and societal institutions have been searching for the reasons and the motives that lead the juveniles to be drifted into crimes. We find that most of the advanced societies, that are interested in the juveniles, provide all the means of comfort and luxury that would, in turn, keep the juvenile away from the motives that provoke them to commit crimes or even perform ay bad behavior. As a result, these effects are later reflected on the juveniles and their society as well. Thus, all the efforts of the societies are directed toward both knowing the main reasons for the deviation of the juveniles and finding solutions as well. Therefore, this study concentrates on the important economical and social circumstances that are considered as the main reasons behind urging the juveniles to acquire bad behavior. Also, the study highlights the importance of the role of the family, the friends, and the relatives in the personality of the juveniles and the extent to which they are deviated. The importance of this study is to shed lights on this age category, the juveniles, as they are considered the most important in building a good society. Taking into consideration the importance of this matter and how it is increasing in the Iraqi society due to the weakness of the authority as well as the increase in the deviant behaviors in the Iraqi society. Therefore, the most important familial reasons, environmental and external factors that would be the direct reasons behind the juveniles’ perpetration of deviant behaviors, as well as indentifying the types of crimes committed by the juveniles and the impact of this act were tackled in this study. The study has reached a set of conclusions that would protect the juevniles from committing crimes through reforming the family. Whenever the family is reformed, the individuals, in turn, will be reformed. In addition, the study presents a set of recommendations that would protect the juveniles from being drifted by the deviant behaviors." | en_US] |
