dc.description.abstractİnsansı yeteneklere sahip bilgisayarlar, en başta engelliler olmak üzere tüm insanların yaşam kalitesini artırmaktadır. Bir bilgisayarın metni seslendirme, diğer bir deyişle konuşabilme özelliği de bu yetenekler arasında ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, dijital ortamdaki Türkçe metinleri ses sinyallerine dönüştürebilen akıcı, anlaşılır bir Türkçe metin sentezleyici yazılım (MKS) geliştirilmiştir. Yazılım farklı ses veri tabanlarının uyarlanmasına uygun bir yapıda olmakla beraber, şu an sadece erkek sesi olarak seslendirme yapabilmektedir. Ayrıca uygulama genişletilebilir bir telaffuz modülüne sahiptir. Uygulamada metin sentezleme tekniği olarak ikili ses (difon) sentezleme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Uygulama MOS tipi bir değerlendirme testinden 5 tam puan üzerinden 3,72 puan almıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractComputers with human-like capabilities, enhance the quality of life of all people, including people with disabilities in the first place. In other words, a computer voice to speak text feature of these capabilities is in the first place. In this thesis, digital media fluent in Turkish that can convert text to audio signals, understandable Turkish text to speech software (TTS) has been developed. The software is currently only capable of voice as the voice of Turkish men. But it has suitable structure for other voices. In addition, applications have expanded pronunciation module. Diphone synthesis technique has been used as a technique to synthesize the text. Application of MOS type assessment test score was 3.72 points out of 5.en_US
