Özet
Bu çalışmada, mobilya döşemeciliğinde kullanılan poliüretan menşeli süngerlerin bazı mekanik, fiziksel özellikleri ve yorma performansları belirlenmiştir. Deney örnekleri piyasadan blok halinde temin edilen süngerlerden yapılacak standartlara göre hazırlanmıştır.Hazırlanan deney örneklerinin yoğunluk değeri (TS EN ISO 845), kalınlıkta meydana gelen değişim, yırtılma direnci (TS EN ISO 8067), çekme mukavemeti (TS EN ISO 1798), kalıcı deformasyon (TS EN ISO 1856) ve sertlik değerleri (TS EN ISO 3386-1), sabit yük altında yorulma performansları deneysel olarak belirlenmiştir. Süngerlerin yoğunluk değerleri arttıkça mekanik özelliklerinin de iyileştiği görülmüştür.Elde edilen veriler ANOVA ve Duncan testi kullanılarak üretim parametrelerin deneme levhalarının özelliklerine etkileri belirlenmiştir.
This study was carried out to determine some mechanical and physical properties and fatigue performance of foams producing from polyurethane used in furnishing applications. Test samples were prepared from block foam bought local merchant. Test samples were prepared according to related to standards.As the determination of the physical and mechanical characteristics of the test samples density (TS EN ISO 845), changes of thickness, tear resistance (TS EN ISO 8067), tensile strength (TS EN ISO 1798), permanent deformation (TS EN ISO 1856) and hardness values (TS EN ISO 3386-1), fatigue performance were conducted. It?s found that as increased density of foam the mechanical properties improved.The effects of the production parameters on the physical and mechanical characteristics of the test samples were determined by applying ANOVA and Duncan tests to the acquired data.
