Özet
Bu çalışma ile D-8 Ekonomik İşbirliği Teşkilâtının günümüzdeki durumunu araştırmak, istenilen performansa ulaşılıp ulaşılamadığı hususunda durum tespiti yapmak ve uluslararası ekonomiye etkileri incelenmek istenmiştir. Bu çalışma nitel veri araştırma yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Konu ile ilgili kısıtlı çalışmalar yapıldığından, daha sonra yapılacak olan çalışmalara ışık tutması amaçlanmıştır. Küreselleşmenin doğuşu ile D-8 bütünleşmesinin oluşumu ve teşkilat yapısı incelenmiştir. D-8 bütünleşmesinin Adil Düzen kurma çabaları neticesinde ortaya çıktığı belirtilmiş ve bütünleşmenin hedeflerine değinilmiştir. D-8 üyesi ülkelerin ekonomik durumları incelenmiştir. D-8 ülkelerinin başlıca ithalat ve ihracat ürünlerine yer verilerek, dünya ihracatındaki pay ve sıralamalarına değinilmiştir. D-8 ülkelerinin, kendi iç bünyesindeki ülkeler ile olan ticaret paylarının son 5 yıl içerisindeki artış ve azalış oranları incelenmiştir. Sonuçta D-8 bütünleşmesinin çekirdek bir yapı olarak kurulduğu, nihai hedefinin başta Türk Cumhuriyetleri, Müslüman ülkeler olmak üzere gelişmekte olan bütün ülkeleri kapsayan D-160 bütünleşmesi olduğu belirtilmiştir. Gelişen ülke bütünleşmelerinin önemine dikkat çekilmek istenmiş olup, D-8 ülkelerinin üye ülkelerle ticaret payını artırabilecek önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
With this study, it is desired to investigate the current status of the D-8 Economic Cooperation Organization, to determine the situation on whether the desired performance has been achieved and to examine its effects on the international economy. This study was conducted with the qualitative data research method. Since there are limited studies on the subject, it is aimed to shed light on future studies. The emergence of globalization and the formation of the D-8 integration and its organizational structure were examined. It was stated that the D-8 integration emerged as a result of the efforts to establish a Just Order and the objectives of the integration were mentioned. The economic situation of the D-8 member countries has been examined. The main import and export products of the D-8 countries are included, and their share and rankings in world exports are mentioned. The rate of increase and decrease in the trade shares of D-8 countries with their own countries in the last 5 years has been examined. As a result, it was stated that the D-8 integration was established as a core structure, and the ultimate goal was the D-160 integration, which covers all developing countries, especially the Turkish Republics and Muslim countries. It was desired to draw attention to the importance of developing country integrations, and suggestions were made to increase the trade share of D-8 countries with member countries."
