Özet
Günümüz endüstrisinde üretim hızı ve malzeme maliyetleri çok önem kazanmıştır. Endüstriyel tesisler kurulurken istenilen çalışma sisteminin sağlanacağı optimum özellikte malzemeler seçilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Özellikle hareketli ekipmanların sürülmesinde, sistemin ihtiyacı olan hız kadar bu ihtiyacı karşılayacak olan ekipmanların maliyetleri de göz önünde bulundurulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Siemens firmasına ait farklı CPU’lu PLC’lerin hidrolik oransal valf kontrollü sisteminde P, PI, PD ve PID denetim modlarında performansları karşılaştırılmış olup hangi hız ihtiyacına göre hangi tür PLC seçiminin yapılması gerektiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Performans karşılaştırmaları, yükselme zamanı, bekleme zamanı, pozitif ve negatif maksimum aşmalar ve yerleşme zamanı bazında yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar grafikler ve tablolar halinde sunularak analizleri yapılmış ve bu analiz sonuçlarına göre önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
Production speed and material costs have become very important in today's industry. During the establishment of industrial facilities, materials are tried to be selected with optimum properties in order to provide the desired working system. Especially, while driving the mobile equipment, the costs of the equipment required to meet the need and speed of the system are also taken into consideration. In this study, the performances of PLCs with different CPUs that belong to Siemens Company were compared in P, PI, PD and PID control modes in hydraulic proportional valve-controlled system and the emphasis was made on the type of PLC that should be selected in accordance with the speed requirement. Performance comparisons were made on the basis of rise time, delay time, positive and negative maximum overshoots and settling time. The results obtained were presented in graphs and tables and were analyzed accordingly, and suggestions were made according to the results of this analysis."
