AISI 2205 DUBLEKS PASLANMAZ ÇELİK MALZEMELERİN FARKLI ORTAMLARDA TRİBOLOJİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Özet
Bu çalışmada, Paslanmaz çelikler oldukça yüksek korozyon direnci özellikleri nedeniyle başta hijyenin söz konusu olduğu birçok sanayi uygulamasında tercih edilmektedir. Sadece sanayi uygulamaları değil hayatın tüm alanında kullanılmaya devam edilen paslanmaz çeliklerin aşınma dirençlerinin yüksek olması parça veya sistem ömrü açısından oldukça büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu araştırmada çeşitli ortam koşullarında AISI52100 paslanmaz çelik bilyalara karşı AISI2205 ferritik-östenitik paslanmaz çelik malzemenin tribolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Tribolojik testler, Minimum Miktarda Yağlama (MQL - Minimum Quantity Lubrication) ve nanografen içeren MQL yağlama koşulları ve buna ek olarak kuru ortamlarda ball-on-flat aşınma test cihazı kullanılarak AISI2205 numuneler üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deney parametreleri arasında 100 m kayma mesafesi, 80 mm/s kayma hızı bulunurken, yükler 30, 40 ve 50 N olarak seçilmiştir. Sürtünme kuvveti değerleri grafiksel olarak elde edilmiş, ortaya çıkan aşınma izleri üzerinde yapılan ölçümler kullanılarak hacim kaybı değerleri elde edilmiştir. Aşınma izlerinin Taramalı Elektron Mikroskopu (SEM - Scanning Electron Microscope) görüntülemeleri ve Enerji Dağılım Xışını Spektrometresi (EDX - Energy Distribution X-ray Spectrometer) analizleri yapılarak sonuçlar incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar, en düşük hacim kaybı değerinin nanografen içeren MQL yağlama koşulunda gerçekleştiğini göstermiştir. Ayrıca kuru ortam ve 50 N yükte en yüksek aşınma derinliği değeri 85,84 ???? olarak ölçülmüştür. Ayrıca 3,5 N olan en düşük sürtünme kuvveti değeri nanografen içeren MQL yağlama koşulunda ve 30 N yük altında yapılan deneylerde elde edilmiştir.
Stainless steels are preferred in many industrial applications where hygiene is concerned, due to their very high corrosion resistance properties. The high wear resistance of stainless steels, which continue to be used not only in industrial applications but also in all areas of life, is of great importance in terms of part or system life. In this study, the tribological properties of AISI2205 ferritic-austenitic stainless steel material against AISI52100 stainless steel balls in various ambient conditions were investigated. Tribological tests were performed on AISI2205 specimens using MQL and MQL lubrication conditions containing nanographene, plus a ball-on-flat wear tester in dry environments. While the experimental parameters were 100 m sliding distance, 80 mm/s sliding speed, the loads were chosen as 30, 40 and 50 N. The friction force values were obtained graphically, and the volume loss values were obtained by using the measurements made on the wear marks. SEM imaging and EDX analyzes of the wear marks were made and the results were examined. The results showed that the lowest volume loss value occurred in the MQL lubrication condition containing nanographene. In addition, the highest wear depth value was measured as 85.84 ???? in dry environment and 50 N load. In addition, the lowest friction force value of 3.5 N was obtained in the experiments carried out under MQL lubrication condition containing nanographene and under 30 N load."
