Özet
3d printers are modeled on the computer or scanned as 3d is a device that can produce rather quickly as compared to traditional production methods. Factors such as fill rate, layer thickness, extruder temperature, ambient conditions affect the part strength in the Fused Deposition Modeling method which is one of the methods of printing parts in 3D printers. Today, many studies aiming to produce parts under optimum conditions by reducing the effect of these parameters to the minimum are being made. All these reasons are intended to operate in ambient conditions considering performed to determine the effect on the mechanical properties of the product. For this purpose, dimensions of 400x400x360 mm, max. A Cartesian type three-dimensional printer with a tray that can print 160x170x120 mm product can be designed and a prototype has been produced. A total of 54 test samples were printed on the prototype printer using three different polymer materials (ABS, PLA and Power ABS), three different fill rates (10%, 30% and 50%) and two different operating environments (open and enclosed system). The obtained samples were subjected to tensile test and shore hardness test. As a result of the study, it was determined that the samples written in the closed system have lower hardness value and higher tensile strength and% elongation than the samples written in open system.
