Özet
Araç, Karadeniz Bölgesi Batı Karadeniz Bölümü’nde Kastamonu iline bağlı, nüfus bakımından Kastamonu ilinin Tosya, Taşköprü, Cide ve İnebolu ilçelerinden sonra en fazla nüfusa sahip beşinci ilçesidir. İlçenin doğal güzellikleri yanında somut kültürel mirasları da bölge ve Türkiye için önemli ölçüde turizm potansiyeli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın konusunu Kastamonu ili Araç ilçesinde somut kültürel miras unsurlarının tespit edilerek kayıt altına alınması ve korunmasına yönelik girişimlerin mevcut durumunun tespit edilmesi oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı, zengin kültürel mirasa ev sahipliği yapan Kastamonu ili Araç ilçesinin barındırdığı somut kültürel miras unsurlarının tespit edilmesi, envanterinin çıkarılması, incelenmesi, korunmasına yönelik girişimlerin mevcut durumunun ortaya konulması ve gelecek kuşaklara aktarılabilmesidir. Araştırmada ilişkilerin anlamını ve türünü keşfetmek için gözlemlerin sayısal olmayan bir biçimde incelenmesi ve yorumlanmasını ifade eden, olayların, olguların ya da davranışların gerçekleştiği doğal ortamda incelendiği nitel (kalitatif) araştırma yaklaşımı benimsenmiştir. Nitel araştırma yaklaşımı kapsamında saha araştırması yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda doküman incelemesi, yapılandırılmamış gözlem ve grup görüşme (mülakat) veri toplama teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Örneklem kapsamındaki kaynak kişiler ile görüşülmüş, konu ile ilgili sunduğu bilgiler önce ses ve görüntü kaydı ile kayıt altına alınmış ve ardından yazıya aktarılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular gruplandırılarak tabloya aktarılmış ve yorumları sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda belirlenen somut kültürel miras unsurlarının korunması ve gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması konularında gerekli çalışmaların yapılmadığı, ilgili paydaşların en kısa sürede bir araya gelerek konuya ilişkin çalışmaların başlatılmasının elzem olduğu düşüncesine ulaşılmıştır.
Araç is a district of Kastamonu province in the Western Black Sea Region of the Black Sea Region. In terms of population, it is the fifth most populated district of Kastamonu province after Tosya, Taşköprü, Cide and İnebolu districts. In addition to the natural beauties of the district, its tangible cultural heritage also creates a significant tourism potential for the region and Turkey. The subject of the research is to determine the current status of initiatives aimed at identifying, recording and protecting tangible cultural heritage elements in the Araba district of Kastamonu province. In this context, the aim of the study is to identify the concrete cultural heritage elements of the Arak district of Kastamonu province, which hosts a rich cultural heritage, to inventory them, to examine them, to reveal the current status of the initiatives aimed at their preservation and to transfer them to future generations. In the research, a qualitative research approach was adopted, which refers to the non-numerical examination and interpretation of observations in order to discover the meaning and type of relationships, in which events, phenomena or behaviors are examined in the natural environment where they occur. Within the scope of qualitative research approach, field research method was used. In this regard, document review, unstructured observation and group interview data collection techniques were used. The resource persons within the scope of the sample were interviewed, and the information they provided on the subject was first recorded with audio and video recording and then transcribed. The findings obtained were grouped and presented in the table and their comments were presented. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that the necessary studies have not been carried out on the preservation of the concrete cultural heritage elements identified and their transfer to future generations, and that it is essential for the relevant stakeholders to come together as soon as possible and initiate studies on the subject."
