Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında 1844-1845 yılları arasında Osmanlı Devleti’nin Temettuât defterleri transkript edilmiştir . Akşehir Kazası’na bağlı köylerin durumu incelenmiştir. Akşehir’e bağlı Absarı, Bisse, Cedid, Engilli, Karahüyük, Karabulut, Kozağaç, Koraşı, Kürt, Maaruf, Nadir, Tekke köyleridir. Defterlerden elde edilen bilgiler tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Çalışmada Temettuât defterleri ve vergisi ile ilgili genel bilgi verildikten sonra Akşehir Kazası’nın Temettuât defleri ile ilgili bilgi verilmiştir. Sonra Akşehir Kazası’nın tarihi, Karaman ve Konya idaresindeki yeri, ardından coğrafi yapısı, demografik yapısı, ekonomisi hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra, Akşehir’in ekonomik yapısı irdelenmiştir. Defterlerden hareket ile bölgenin ziraii yapısı, yetiştirilen ürünleri, alınan vergileri defterlere kaydedilen ölçekte tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada ayrıca alınan vergiler ve sistem içerisindeki yerinden de bahsedilmiş, Akşehir Kazası’na tâbi karyelere ait temettuat defterlerinin aslına uygun şekilde transkripti,
In this thesis, the Temettuât registers of the Ottoman Empire between 1844 and 1845 were transcribed. The situation of the villages of Akşehir District was examined. The villages of Akşehir are Absarı, Bisse, Cedid, Engilli, Karahüyük, Karabulut, Kozağaç, Koraşı, Kurdish, Maaruf, Nadir and Tekke. The information obtained from the registers is presented in tables. In the study, after giving general information about Temettuât registers and tax, information about Temettuât registers of Akşehir District is given. Then, after giving information about the history of Akşehir District, its place in the administration of Karaman and Konya, and then its geographical structure, demographic structure and economy, the economic structure of Akşehir was examined. Based on the registers, the agricultural structure of the region, the products grown, and the taxes collected were determined on the scale recorded in the registers. In the study, the taxes collected and their place in the system were also mentioned, and the temettuat registers belonging to the townships subject to Akşehir District were translated in accordance with the original."
