Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, video tabanlı eğitimin Tip2 diyabetli bireylerde insülin uygulama becerisi, insülin doz rejimi ve evde kan şekeri izleme becerisinin geliştirilmesi üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Ön test son test kontrol gruplu randomize kontrollü deneysel araştırma tasarımında yapılan çalışmanın örneklemini 60 tip2 diyabetli birey (kontrol n:30, müdahale n:30) oluşturmuştur. İnsülin uygulama ve şeker ölçme becerilerini geliştirmeye yönelik 12 adet video haftada 3 kez müdahale grubundaki hastalara mesajlaşma uygulamaları aracılığıyla cep telefonlarına gönderilmiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında Diyabetli Hasta Tanılama Formu, İnsülin Uygulama Beceri Formu ve Evde Kan Şekeri Ölçme Beceri Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, kayıp veri analizi (İntention To Treat Analizi- ITT) ve Genelleştirilmiş Lineer Modeller kullanılmıştır. İnsülin Uygulama Beceri Formu ve Kan Şekeri Ölçme Beceri Formlarının puan ortalamaları her iki grupta artarken; Grup*Zaman etkileşimi etkisi her iki formun puanı üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p?0.001). Müdahale grubunda insulin dozu ortalama değeri 47,77 ± 26,01 iken; kontrol grubunda bu değer 61,09 ± 30,67 bulunmuştur. Grup*Zaman etkileşimi etkisi insulin dozu değeri üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p?0.001). Elde edilen sonuçlarla her iki grupta da olumlu iyileşmeler saptanmıştır.
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of video -based education on insulin application skills in individuals with type2 diabetes, insulin dose regime and the development of blood sugar monitoring skills at home. The sample of the study, which was conducted in a randomized controlled experimental research design with a pre-test post-test control group, consisted of 60 individuals with type2 diabetes (control n:30, study n.30). 12 Videos aimed at improving insulin administration and blood measurement skills were sent to mobile phones via messaging applications to patients in study group 3 times a week. The diabetes diagnostic form, the insulin application skill form and the blood sugar measurement skill form were used in the collection of data. In the analysis of the data, loss of data analysis and generalized linear models were used. While the mean scores of the Insulin Administration Skill Form and the Blood Sugar Measurement Skill Form increased in both groups; Group*Time interaction effect was not found statistically significant on the scores of both forms (p?0.001). While the mean value of insulin dose in the intervention group was 47.77± 26,01; In the control group, this value was 61.09 ± 30,67. The effect of group*time interaction was not statistically significant on insulin dose value (p?0.001). With the results obtained, positive improvements were found in both groups."
