Özet
Bu çalışmada, sertleştirilmiş AISI H10A sıcak iş takım çeliği kaplamasız ve kaplamalı CBN kesici takımlar kullanılarak yapılan deneyler, kuru ve MQL olmak üzere iki kesme ortamında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Taguchi Yöntemi'ne göre yapılan deney tasarımında işlenebilirlik kriterleri (Fc ve Ra) üzerinde doğrudan etkisi olan kesme parametreler belirlenmiştir. Kesme parametrelerinin, kesme hızı, ilerleme miktarı, kesme derinliği ve kesme şartlarının kesme kuvvetleri ve yüzey pürüzlülüğü üzerindeki etkileri analiz edilmiştir. Kesme şartlarının yüzey pürüzlülüğü üzerindeki etki düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla %95 güven düzeyinde varyans analizi (ANOVA) yapılmıştır. Kaplamasız CBN takım ile kuru işlemede genel olarak ilerleme miktarı ve kesme derinliği arttıkça ortalama yüzey pürüzlülüğü (Ra)'nün arttığı gözlemlenmiştir. Kaplamalı CBN takım ile kuru işlemede, kesme derinliği ve ilerlemenin artması ile yüzey pürüzlülüğünde belirgin bir artış görülmüştür. L9 deney tasarımına nedeni ile kesme hızına göre yüzey pürüzlülüğünün değişiminde bir düzensizlik gözlenmiştir.
In this study, machining tests were carried out on on hardened AISI H10 hot work tool steel using uncoated and coated CBN cutting tools. The tests were carried out dry and using MQL technique. The design of experiments was based on the Taguchi Method and cutting parameters having a direct impact on machinability criteria (Fc and R) were determined. The effects of cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth and cutting conditions on the cutting forces and surface roughness are analysed. To determine the level of influence of the cutting conditions on the surface roughness, ANOVA test was performed with 95% confidence level. It was observed that as the feed rate and depth of cut increase, the average surface roughness (Ra) increases during dry cutting with uncoated CBN. A significant increase in the surface roughness was observed with increase in depth of cut and the feed rate during dry cutting with coated CBN. An irregularity was observed in surface roughness based on cutting speed due to the experimental design L9.
