Özet
Şeyhzâde Abdurrahim b. Ali el Amâsi’nin Nazmu’l Feraid ve Cem’ul Fevaid isimli eser, iki mezhep arasında ki ihtilafları inceleyen bir çalışmadır. Bizde iki mezhep arasında ortaya çıkan ihtilafları eser bağlamında değerlendirmeye gayret gösterdik. Aynı zamanda söz konusu eseri günümüz ilim dünyasına kazandırmaya çalıştık. Bu şekilde vardığımız bulguları çalışmamızda aktardık. Çalışmamız üç ana bölümden müteşekkildir. Birinci bölümde Nazmu’l-Ferâid adlı eserin müellife aidiyetinin tespitine yönelik bilgi aktarımları mevcuttur. İkinci bölümde eserde yer alan konular ayrıntılı bir şekilde değerlendirme usulüyle birlikte ele alınmaktadır. Üçüncü bölüm ise eserin kendine özgü metotlarını, müellifin kaynakları kullanım tarzını ve eseri yazma amacını içermektedir. Son olarak tümdengelim usulü ile incelediğimiz eserin genel değerlendirmesi yapılmaktadır. ?
Şeyhzade Abdurrahim b. Ali el Amasi's Nazmu'l Feraid ve Cem'ul Fevaid is a study that examines the conflicts between the two sects. We have tried to evaluate the conflicts between the two sects in the context of the work. At the same time, we tried to bring the work in a question to today's scientific world. In this way, we conveyed the findings we reached in our study. Our work consists of three main parts. In the first part, there are information transfers for the determination of the ownership of the work named Nazmu'l-Ferâid. In the second part, the subjects in the work are discussed in detail together with the evaluation method. The third part includes the unique methods of the work, the author's way of using the sources and the purpose of writing the work. Finally, a general evaluation of the work, which we examined with the deductive method, is made."
