| dc.description.abstract | Üniversiteler, ekonomik büyüme ve gelişme sürecinin önemli bir faktörüdür. Beşerî sermayenin gelişimine katkı sağlamak Üniversitelerin en önemli görevlerinden birini teşkil etmektedir. Dolayısıyla Üniversiteler bir yandan insan kaynaklarının yeteneklerini geliştirirken, diğer yandan da işgücünün yeni üretim teknolojisini daha iyi kullanabilmesine katkıda bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca üniversiteler kuruldukları şehirlerin ekonomik büyüme ve kalkınmasına da doğrudan etkide bulunmaktadır. Ekonomik kalkınma, tüm ülkeler için ulusal bir idealdir. Zira bütün insanlar ülkelerinin gelişim göstermesini, maddi ve manevi yönden kapasite artışlarının gerçekleşmesini ve ülkelerinin uluslararası platformda güçlü bir ülke haline gelmesini isterler. Kendi alanında uzmanlaşmış beşerî sermayeye sahip olmak, gelişmiş ve bağımsız endüstriler kurarak üretim gerçekleştirmek ve üretim sürecinde kendi kendine yeterli hale gelmek her toplumun başlıca hedeflerini oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda üniversitelerin, ülkelerin gelişimi açısından son derece önemli olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Bilimsel ve mantıksal ilkeler, ekonomik büyümenin önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu kapsamda ülkelerin ekonomisinin gelişebilmesi ve ekonomik büyümenin gerçekleşebilmesi için gerekli olan eğitim yöntemlerinin öğrenilmesi son derece önemlidir. Ülke ekonomileri açısından son derece önemli olan üniversitelerin bağlı oldukları bölge ekonomisine doğrudan, dolaylı, uyarılmış ve katalizör katkılarının bulunduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Bu çalışmanın asıl amacı Karabük Üniversitesindeki uluslararası öğrencilerin Karabük il ekonomisine sağladığı katkıları incelemektir. ? | en_US |
