Özet
21. yüzyılın son çeyreğinden itibaren teknoloji alanındaki gelişmeler yeni bir çağı başlatmıştır. Bilgi çağı adı verilen bu çağın en önemli özelliği yeni teknolojilerin her alanda yoğun bir şekilde kullanılmasıdır. Bilgi toplumuna geçişin en önemli faktörü yeni teknolojilerdir. Sürekli gelişen teknolojilerin meydana getirdiği yeni süreçlere ayak uydurabilmek ve rekabet ortamında yer alabilmek için örgütler var olan insan kaynaklarına yatırım yapmaktadır. İşletmelerin amaç ve hedeflerini gerçekleştirebilme ve başarıya ulaşabilmelerindeki en önemli etken çalışanların iş doyumu ve motivasyonlarının arttırılmasıdır. Bu çalışmada yeni teknolojiler, iş doyumu ve motivasyon unsurları ele alınmış ve yeni teknolojilerin iş doyumu ve motivasyon üzerindeki etkileri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bir kamu kurumunda yapılan örnek uygulama ile teorik bölümde incelenen konuların desteklenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
From the last quarter of 21st century, technological developments started a new era. The most important feature of this era which also called as the information age is the intensive use of new technologies in all areas. The most important factor in the transition into information society is new technologies. Organizations are investing on their existing human resources in order to keep up with the new processes created by continuously developing technologies and to take part in the competitive environment. The most important factor in realizating the goals and objectives and achieving success for enterprises is increasing the job satisfaction and motivation of the employees. In this study, new technologies, job satisfaction and motivation elements are discussed and the effects of new technologies on job satisfaction and motivation are tried to be explained. With the sample application which made in a public institution, aimed to support the subjects which examined in the theoretical section."
