Özet
Bu çalışmada; benzinli motorların soğuk hava şartlarında tüketmiş olduğu havanın sıcaklığının yükseltilerek motor performans parametrelerinin iyileştirilmesine çalışılmıştır. Efektif verim, özgül yakıt sarfiyatı, CO ve HC emisyonları, hava fazlalık katsayısı ve volumetrik verim incelenmiştir. Deneylerde 2,3 kW kapasiteli benzinli jeneratör kullanılmıştır. Deneyler -5 °C'de gerçekleştirilmiştir. Motorun tükettiği hava, elektrikli ısıtıcı ile 10 °C, 25 °C, 40 °C, 55 °C ve 70 °C'ye çıkarılmıştır. Daha sonra jeneratörde üretilen elektrik enerjisi 500 Watt gücündeki halojen lambalarla 0,5 kW, 1,0 kW, 1,5 kW ve 2,0 kW şeklinde tüketilerek 4 farklı yük altında testler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ön ısıtmanın yapıldığı 10 °C, 25 °C, 40 °C, 55 °C ve 70 °C'deki sonuçlar ile ön ısıtmanın yapılmadığı -5 °C'deki sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Efektif verimin 70 °C'de maksimum, özgül yakıt tüketiminin 70 °C'de minimum, HC emisyonunun 70 °C'de minimum ve CO emisyonunun 55 °C'de minimum olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, we were studied to be improved the engine performance parameters by increasing the intake air temperature of the gasoline engine at the cold wheather condition. Effective efficiency, specific fuel consumption, CO and HC emissions, excess air ratio and volumetric efficiency were investigated. 2,3 kW capacity of gasoline generator was used in the experiments. Tests were conducted at -5 °C. Temperature of the intake air of the engine was increased to 10 °C, 25 °C, 40 °C, 55 °C, 70 °C by an electrical heater. Then, Electrical energy which produced by the generator was consumed 0,5 kW, 1,0 kW 1,5 kW, 2,0 kW at the 4 different loads with 4 electrical lamp which has the capacity of 500 W. It was comparised results in preheating at 10 °C, 25 °C, 40 °C, 55 °C, 70 °C with without preheating at -5 °C. The highest effective efficiency, the lowest specific fuel consumption, the lowest HC emission at 70 °C and the lowest CO emissions at 55 °C was achieved.
